Entertainment Center Backers Sign Labor Pact
Portland – Labor leaders from 18 unions signed a Project Labor Agreement today with the backers of the proposal to build a new entertainment center and resort casino complex in Wood Village.
This important agreement will put to work more than 3,000 men and women represented by Oregon labor organizations.
