No taxpayer dollars will be used to build, operate or regulate the commercial, taxable resort casino.
The study also found the project would create hundreds of direct construction jobs, generating a $286 million annual payroll. Economists projected the facility itself will provide 3,000 permanent jobs. The study also projects the creation of 2300 indirect jobs through increased commerce.
